Collaboration Process:

Preliminary Proposal :

Our realty experts arrange a proposal for the property owner, detailing the benefits and construction plans. If the proposal is accepted, a meeting is scheduled to finalize the shares, monetary considerations, and material specifications.

Planning :

We assign an architect and interior team to design the layout and exterior façade, incorporating the owner’s recommendations. The plan is then submitted for approval.

Relocation :

If necessary, we arrange temporary relocation for the landowners to a rental accommodation within the agreed budget.

Construction :

Upon receiving plan approval and vacant possession, construction begins.

Possession Handover :

Once the building is completed, the builder retains their agreed share of floors, and the owner’s share is handed over. Both parties can sell, convey, or transfer their respective portions to prospective buyers.

Completion Certificates :

We obtain all necessary forms and completion certificates from M.C.D/N.D.M.C. at our expense.
